✈️ Where is Av-Con being held?

Av-Con 2027 will take place at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Airport, located right at Orlando International Airport (MCO). The exact address is:

📅 When is Av-Con being held?

Av-Con 2027 will take place on May 21st, 22nd & 23rd 2026, from 10am - 4pm. Full schedule coming soon!

🛬 What’s included in my ticket?

Your Boarding Pass includes:

  • Full-day entry to Av-Con 2027 (either one day or all three days)

  • Access to all talks, panels, and stage events

  • Meet-and-greets with attending aviation creators

  • Access to a curated vendor marketplace with avgeek collectibles, merch, and more!

🛬 What types of ticket are available?

Av-Con 2027 is a three day event, and tickets are available either for individual days, or all three days. We’ve taken into account feedback from Av-Con 2026, and are pleased to offer a variety of packages to reduce the amount of waiting to see your favorite creators. We’re also pleased to announce a number of VIP options, such as lounge access. Stay tuned for the opportunity to gain access to exclusive events with your favorite creators, with packages announced soon!

🧑‍✈️ Are tickets refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please check your travel plans before booking. We’d encourage you to consider the optional cancellation protection offered by our ticketing partners to protect your investment in the event that you need to cancel. We do have a gift option, so that you can buy for someone else and place their contact details in the system.

🚗 Is parking available at the museum?

Yes — parking is available for both guests and visitors of the hotel, but it is not free. We strongly recommend checking the hotel website.

🏨 Are there hotel deals for Av-Con attendees?

We’re working with nearby the Hyatt Regency along with other local hotels to secure special rates for attendees. Please check our Hotels page for links to discounted rates.

🕐 What’s the schedule like?

Talks with aviation creators will take place throughout each day — a full program will be posted in advance so you can plan your day. We’ll also have ongoing charity events and raffles in support of the CornerStone North Foundation, so keep your eyes (and wallets!) open for a good cause.

🛍️ Will there be vendors?

Yes! We’ll have a variety of exhibitors offering aviation merch, collectibles, books, models, and more. Come ready to browse, shop, and geek out. Stay tuned for a full list of vendors!

🎥 Can I film or take photos at the event?

Yes — and we encourage it! Just be mindful of creator sessions where photography might be restricted. Tag your content with #AvConLive so we can share it!

👩‍💼 Who is organizing Av-Con?

Av-Con is proudly organized by Travgeeks, a boutique brand agency founded by aviation content creators, for aviation content creators. After years of working behind the scenes with top YouTubers and travel influencers, Travgeeks is bringing together the very best in the avgeek creator community — connecting fans, creators, and brands in one epic day at the Delta Flight Museum.

💵 Is this a for-profit event?

No. While we are selling tickets to cover the cost of running the event, any funds left over after expenses will go directly into planning Av-Con 2028. This isn’t a money-making venture — it’s a passion project to bring the aviation creator community together.

🎗️Is this event raising money for a charity?

Yes! We’re proudly supporting the CornerStone North Foundation throughout the day with charity raffles, giveaways, and special activities. 100% of funds raised through these initiatives go directly to the CNF.
